Every meaningful journey begins long before anyone else recognizes where it is leading.
Looking back, I can see that my life’s work was taking shape years before I had a name for it. At the time, I thought I was building a career in communications. What I didn’t yet understand was that communications was never the destination. It was the pathway that would lead me to something much more meaningful.
What became clear to me was that people rarely need someone to hand them a dream. More often, they need someone to remind them that the dream they already carry is still worth pursuing.
Transform Goals to Greatness™ grew from those experiences. It represents what I have observed about people who continue to grow throughout their lives.

That experience didn’t change my direction. It confirmed it.
